Designed from the ground up by the team at Shimano New Zealand, the Shimano Blackout Spinning Surf Rod provides the perfect balance between casting power and ease of use in a sleek black design.
The Blackout features Shimano's innovative T45 construction. The blank is built by rolling graphite tape at a linear 45-degree angle and reinforcing it with two sheets of graphite rolled at opposing angles. This creates a lightweight blank with outstanding recovery and sensitivity. Fuji Alconite guides have been used throughout the build, ensuring the Blackout offers the trouble-free performance expected by experienced lure fisherman. While a Fuji soft-touch reel seat combines with exceptionally comfortable WINN grips to provide the Blackout with a unique feel previously only found in custom built rods.

Returns Policy
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We only ship to New Zealand address
