General Battery Tips
Lithium Batteries have the following characteristics
There is an automatic circuit inside the battery , when it is not in use for a period of time , it will discharge naturally.So if not in use for up to 3 months the battery will require recharging
During the winter months lithium batteries will loose up to 20 % of its power ,we classifiy this as normal.
The battery has safety protection system, it can cut the power when the current over 18A, and restart after 30mins. Please do not use high speed when pull heavy load. Recommend use variable speed when pull heavy load.
This battery is splashproof only, please use battery bag ALL the time. Please avoid the battery into water.
Returns Policy
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
